I am taking my CDL test and I need it to pass the written part of my test. I am just pulling a gooseneck trailer. I will never see any of these parts and I can not pass the pretrip inspection with out knowing what the parts are so I can learn what to inspect on each one.

I’m sure that your state has a .gov or .org websight with the DOT driver manual on it, check it out.

Stop-Loss (the movie) some parts from the trailer weren’t in the film…( there might be some spoilers!!)?

Okay, so I’ve just finished watching Stop-Loss the film. I was very disappointed by the end of the film, due to the lack of romance. I thought that there would be some romance in the film because when I watched the trailer there were a couple scenes where Brandon and Michelle were about to kiss and a scene where they were on the beach. But after I finished the movie I realized that those scenes were not in the movie! Then again, I did watch the movie online, I didn’t watch it in the theatres…So, maybe the movie online had some scenes taken out? And maybe some of those scenes will be on the DVD, when it comes out on July 8? Anyway, if you have any explanation for these deleted scenes please let me know

This happens very often. The trailers are made well before final production of a movie, so they do so without knowing what may get cut.

Scenes are cut out for many different reasons. The don’t move the story along; they don’t have the right mood for that part of the film; they’re just too long; whatever. For some reason, the director decided those scenes didn’t need to be there, so they were cut. They will undoubtedly be included on the DVD release.

For God’s sake don’t buy them where you got the trailer… These bunks are your everyday 2 x 4, cut to the length of the trailer mounts and covered with an exterior grade of carpet. I’ve replaced at least a dozen bunks over the years and it’s very easy. Buy a new 2×4, go to the carpet dept. of a hardware store and ask them to see the "seconds or scraps". Get exterior grade carpet… not astroturf. it should be a short pile carpet with rubberized backing. Cut the board to length, wrap the board like a christmas present and staple the flaps. Adjust the trailer bunk mounts if needed and use Stainless Steel lag bolts and lock washers to fasten the bunk to your trailer. (Make sure your lag bolts don’t go all the way through the board, your heart will sink and you’ll probably throw up when you hear your boat scrape over the pointy ends of the bolts.) Typical cost for 2×4, scrap carpet and lag bolts run about $25 dollars. If you go to the trailer store… %75 to $100.

Despite them being on the internet they are still technically under copyright, and all the legitimate sites you see them on will state this.

Also

Just because you may see them on some "slightly dodgy" sites doesn’t make them available to use, they are still copyright and the sites they are on are using them illegally
